How do I enroll in the new Medfusion patient portal?

Contact us via the contact page form. Once you receive your invitation, please click the link in the email, create a username and password, and then follow the onscreen prompts to activate your account.

Is an email address necessary to enroll in the new patient portal?

Yes, an email is required to gain access to the patient portal.

Does the enrollment link in the email invitation expire?

Yes, enrollment links expire after 30 days. Please enroll within those 30 days.

What is the email address for the new medfusion patient portal.

The email will come from [email protected] If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. To ensure delivery of future emails, please add [email protected] to your address book.

I forgot my login information, how do I recover it?

Please use the link under the Sign In button to recover your user name or password. “I forgot my user name and/or password.” 

Will anyone ever ask contact me for my login information?

No, we will not initiate any calls to you about logging into the portal.  Never provide your user name or password to anyone.  Should you forget your user name or password you may retrieve it via the link on the website.  “I forgot my user name and/or password”

I can't recover my information because I no longer have that email address, what can I do?

Please contact via a method on the contact form to update your email address.             

Will I still be able to access my portal messages and documents in my old NextMD patient portal account?

Yes, you will have read access for a limited time to your old NextMD patient portal. Messages and documents from the old system will NOT transfer to the new Medfusion portal. Your health record information, however, will transfer over. Please allow up to 14 business days for this transfer.

I was told an invitation was sent to the new patient portal, but I have not received it, why?

Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it there, please verify the practice has your correct email address.

I have completed my enrollment in the new patient portal why I do not see all my medications or my Health Record?

Health records and medications could take up to 14 business days to fully load into your account. If you need anything before the system is fully updated please contact the office.

Why can I not see a list of my upcoming appointments on my portal account?

This is a known issue and our portal vendor is currently working on resolving this issue

Can I receive an electronic copy of my billing statement?

At this time statements are not available on this patient portal. We do have a vendor who does provide a snapshot of current balances https://msg.md/85c9B or you may contact us at [email protected] with any billing questions.
